South Staffordshire College Celebrates Success on Level 3 Results Day

South Staffordshire College is thrilled to announce the exceptional achievements of students on this year’s Level 3 Results Day. Our students have excelled across various subjects, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their studies.
With an impressive pass rate of 92.3%, South Staffordshire College continues to uphold its reputation for delivering high-quality education and fostering an environment where students thrive. 18.5% of our students excelled by achieving top-tier grades, including A, A*, Distinction*, and Triple Distinction.
Claire Boliver, Principal of South Staffordshire College, expressed her pride in the students’ achievements, stating, “We are incredibly proud of our students’ hard work and determination. Their success is a testament to the dedication of our teaching staff and the supportive learning environment we strive to create at South Staffordshire College. These outstanding results reflect the strength of our curriculum and the commitment of our entire college community to helping every student achieve their full potential.”
This year, many students have achieved top grades, opening doors to first-choice universities, apprenticeships, and promising careers. We spoke to some of our students today to see what they thought about their results and their time at South Staffordshire College, here’s what they said.
Kirsten Payne, who completed the Uniformed Public Services course with a Distinction, is now set to join the West Midlands Police. She says, “I have really enjoyed my time at college. It has allowed me to acquire a great set of skills which has enabled me to successfully get a job within West Midlands Police! If you are looking at a job within the Public Sector, I would 100% recommend that you consider the Public Services course!
Adult learner, Michelle Clewlow has excelled in Countryside Conservation and Environmental Management, achieving a Triple Distinction. Reflecting on her journey, Michelle shares, “I have gained so much knowledge and practical experience with the support of the most dedicated and inspiring teachers I have ever met, so thank you! My next step is to continue to work within the conservation sector as well as study a part time Environmental Science degree.”
Jessica Webb has earned an A in Health and Social Care and is heading to the University of Brighton. She said “My time over the past two years at college was eventful but so fulfilling. My course was highly interesting and included various subjects that I loved learning about. I have grown as an individual thanks to my amazing tutor. She has helped me to grow in confidence and I am now ready to start a BSc Paramedic Science course at the University of Brighton!”
