Opening times & admissions

We are open 10 am – 4 pm during weekends, school holidays and seasonal events. There is no need to book online, you can just turn up and pay admission on arrival. Please check our Facebook page for the latest information. Last entrance in to the Animal Zone is at 3 pm.

Admission prices
- Adults – £9.00
- Children and Concessions – £6.00
- Under 3’s can visit us at the Animal Zone for FREE
- Student Union member – 10% off ticket price
- Only assistance dogs are allowed
- Concession prices include (Disabled, Over 65’s and SSC students with ID)
FREE Parking

Disabled parking bays are available at the front of the Visitor Centre.
Daily activities
- 11am – Lemur Talk (Lemur Enclosure)
- 12pm – Otter Talk (Otter Enclosure)
- 1pm – Lemur Talk (Lemur Enclosure)
- 2pm – Otter Talk (Otter Enclosure)
- 3pm – Meerkat Talk (Meerkat/Porcupine Enclosure)
Other talks will be added to the schedule for different events throughout the year including Easter, Half Terms and Halloween.

Craft activities take place all day in our craft room (this will be available from Easter).
